"Innovative Process Platform for Fractionation of Whey Proteins by Means of Continuous Centrifugal Separation"

Nicole Haller is Research Associate at the Chair of Food and Bioprocess Engineering at the Technical University of Munich under the Direction of Professor Kulozik. She received Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Technical University of Munich in Bioprocess Engineering. Her recent work focuses on process development for fractionation of whey proteins that are suitable for industrial scale. Thereby, specific interests include selective precipitation of single protein components, and continuous centrifugal separation. Haller will soon receive her PhD.
