Prof. Vasiljevic has over 25 years of research, teaching and extension experience in various academic roles. After his Bachelor of Engineering in Food Technology Major, he specialized in Dairy science completing his doctorate at University of Alberta, Canada.

For the past 14 years he has been leading the research and teaching entities in the food science programs at Victoria University, Melbourne, Australia, with the main focus on innovative and integrated solutions to contemporary issues of the dairy industry.
